Comments Not Updating

Ok I tried doing a search for this but couldn’t find anything. A friend of mine’s new blog isn’t updating on the index page that there are any new comments. It still says No Comments even though there is a comment there.

I updated the blog to the newest version and even checked using the default theme and same thing.

Any ideas what is going on?
