HELP My Widgets, add tags to posts button aren't working

When I try to a edit my widgets, I cannot drag and drop them in or out of the sidebar. Also, I can’t add new categories from my posts (without creating a new category by going to the category heading under posts on the left) and I cannot add tags to posts. I type in the tag and they do not go anywhere, it just acts like I am not pushing the button HELP.
