    Hi! Yup, I’ve set the author for all the events. So are you saying this is who gets emailed when the booking is made? I was under the impression that when a booking is made only one email gets sent and that email is determined by what has been input into the settings page found at Events Manager Settings > Emails > Email Settings, and Booking Email Templates.

    You can choose in the settings whether to mail the event owners, and/or mail a custom set of emails for any event booking.
