IP to Nation and WP 2.0.2 problem

This is strange, after i’ve upgraded to 2.0.2 from 2.0 the IP to Nation 1.1 http://frenchfragfactory.net/ozh/archives/2004/08/27/ip-to-nation-plugin/ plugin stopped working. It does not give any error – just empty space where the name of the country should be. I dont have any other plugins installed as Im trying to keep it clean, but something has changed since 2.0 with in the comment system. Any ideas?
