How do I disable comment moderation?

    I have installed 3.3 wordpress and I want to disable comment moderation.
    Unchecking administrator must always approve the comment and Comment author must have a previously approved comment didn’t help.

    I’m not exactly sure, but I know that the same happens on my site and I don’t know if there’s a way around this, but I think that WordPress is built that way because there’s so much spam.

    Yes, but I want my visitors to feel more comfortable.
    That’s it. May be there could be a plugin

    Go into your discussion settings, un-check author must already have previously approved comment to allow all users to be automatically posted, and add words that you don’t want to be posted in the comment moderation box
