Hey all,

I have coded a script to pull posts into my WP site from an external source. This seems to bypass the Relevanssi index update.

Is it possible to run the re-index via a cron job?

I have tried the solution mentioned on the forum here, but it does not work for me. The index does not run.

Any help appreciated.

Well, if that doesn’t work, I can’t help much. I’ve never used that myself.

However, if it’s your script, can you modify it so it triggers the save_post WP hook for each imported post? Because that’s how Relevanssi indexes posts.
