wp1.5 to WP2 = increase in queries caused by cache?

Hi,

I just upgraded from 1.5.7 to 2.0.2 and see a massive increase in mysql queries!? I used to be at 18 queries now it’s about 69? Though it doesn’t seem to increase load time atm. When I disable the WP cache I fall back to 18 queries so it’s all about the new cache!? Why are there so many queries? Or is this mysql server config thinggy?
