email is invalid password is unknown

Hi Tech Support,

my wordpresss site is lesprigmore.wordpress.com

The email address that I had when I set up my site is no longer valid. I can’t receive password resets and I have forgotten my password. So I am stuck!

The email address was les.prigmore@is-t.net. (I think). I have also forgotten my password and so cannot reset my password. How can I reset the password find out what it is so that I can regain controil of my site?
