easy exporting of entries

i’ve seen some people request an easy way to export entries. and pardon the fact that i am not a php genius, and incapable of understanding phpmyadmin, is there someone who can tell me an easy way to export all of my entries, just so i have a copy of them for myself. thanks 🙂
