   I want to be able to change the order in which the link categories are stacked.

   If I want to arrange by ID, for example, where do I edit the ID number of the Link Categorie?

   You can't change the id of Link Categories but you can use the Rank or other fields to 'sort'.

   Where is it that you want to change the display of those Link Categories?
