Hi Jlaurent,
Im having the same problem. Looks like you have managed to resolve it yourself, would be very gratefull if you could let me know how u did it.

It’s not fixed. The screen is gray when it comes up. You have to click on home (Acceuil) before you can see the page.
You want the page with ID page_id=4 be your start page?
If so, that will you be able to make in wp-admin menu – settings / Reading. Chose static page and then the page you want as start page, save and then it should work for you. (unless i have misunderstood the problem)

You didn’t misunderstand. It’s just that if you go to the site now, the page shows as blank. You have to click on “Accueil” (Home) to see the info. I think it’s a bug in the theme, but I can’t figure it out.
Yes, its the same with my site
which ever page you select to be the home page it will appear as a blank grey page. Must be a problem with the theme. Somebody who is good with html could probably figure it out, sadly im not.

I’m in the same boat. Actually, it’s not html but PHP that drives wordpress. I’m pretty sure I’ll figure it out soon cause I’m learning WP, PHP, and HTML. So, stay tuned.
I just installed this theme and it’s still not working. The home page is blank.
I just installed this theme and i love it,but homepage is not displaying.The same problem.
