Share This Link plugin and Thumbnails

I would like to have the option of displaying thumbnails when I share a post on facebook. I do have pictures in these posts too, but currently, when I do share a post, there are no thumbnails present. However, on my home page -I have a picture here too- when I share this post I have two thumbnails.

Any suggestions?
