Change My Sites admin bar menu behaviour in functions.php

Hi,

I’ve done some Googling on this without any joy, so hopefully someone here can help.

I would like to change the behaviour of the My Sites menu in the Admin Bar, such that clicking on the name of the site takes the user to the site rather than the site’s dashboard. Rather than hack the WordPress code, I’d prefer to do it in my theme’s functions.php.

Is that possible?
