[Plugin: Koha Login Widget] Internationalization and french translation for Koha widgets

Hi wizzyrea,

For a job of mine, I’ve just translated koha-login-widget and koha-search-widget to french.

It meens some improvements on internationalisation in your plugins, a line to load the correct file, and translations.
