signup form options do not show up in mailchimp.com

    We have a newsletter signup on our website at cannoncap.com. There are two different newsletter groups, 401k and wealth management. When people choose which newsletter group they want to be apart of it does not show up on my mailchimp account. With this I am not able to tell which newsletter I should send to the person that signed up. Please let me know what I need to do so that I can get this fixed.

    Hi,

    We also have similar requirement. We have one lists with multiple groups in mailchimp and out of that we want to show more than 1 group in the form on wordpress. Can you please tell us how to do?

    @chace the issue is related to having “(” and “)” in the group name. Removing them from the mailchimp side and then updating the list in the plugin settings will make it work immediately. We’ll look at a more robust fix.

    @mehuljk that’s not actually a related need. Currently the plugin only support the first set of interest groups on your list.
