   Hi,
   I would like to know how I can get users of my blog to receive a review of the posts I have added, using WordPress. I would like my blog (at http://www.machet.com.au/blog) to automatically/manually send the registered users an email with the titles and a link of the topics that have been added to it. I also want people to be able to subscribe to it via RSS. Is there a plugin for this? Thanks for your help.

   RSS is built in, there's no need for a plugin.

   As far as the other thing, you can submit the RSS feed to bloglet - http://www.bloglet.com/ - and get a button that lets users sign up for exactly what you describe.
