use ftp, or file manager if your host offers it to delete it from wp-content->plugins
may also need to delete a file called something like advanced-cache.php in wp-content

THANKS for trying to help! I used ftp to delete W3TC from plugins but everythings still blank!! Theres no file like advanced-cache.php in wp-content…
This makes me so sad. Would be very greatful for any suggestions on how to solve this.
don’t worry too much, something is just blocking your site… it’s not lost.
Lemem see if I can find my notes about W3TC when I removed it, or hopefully someone else jumps in, but it can be saved
does w3tc add anything to your.htaccess file that needs deleted?
Also, in your wp-config.php file it may have added something that should be deleted
I’m just running off foggy memory from when I uninstalled it

Thanks again. I am not an advanced user when it comes to coding so any suggestion on what to look for in the .htaccess and/or wp.config.php file would be much appreciated.
Better use Super cache or Hyper cache
