[Plugin: Nice Tooltips] Activation error: Does not have a valid header

When I clicked Activate, I got this error message that says the plugin does not have a valid header. Now the plugin details page says the plugin is installed in to my WP but the plugin is not visible in the plugin list.
What to do now?
