Hello, I have created a database on my machine. I am ready to FTP to my website. Now I need to know where to put the database? What folder?

You don’t FTP the database to a folder on your website. You need to actually setup the (blank) database on the website. Your webhost should provide a tool for this, such as cPanel or phpMyAdmin.

If they don’t have cPanel or phpMyAdmin, check with your host as to how to setup a blank database.
