How to pretify our Feed?

Not sure of the reasoning behind styling the feed. As a “user of feed”, if I want to see the posts as styled by the site designer, I’d just visit the site. I use the feeds of others in my blog and style them to match my site style. And all feeds I subscribe that are not in my blog are styled the way I want to see them. Maybe I am missing something? Or perhaps it is just “different strokes….”
