How do I upload my ebay thing to my base directory?

    Hi I’m trying to become an Ebay affiliate and it’s told me to save a text file (which I’ve done ) then to upload the file to the base directory of my domain… how do I do that? I haven’t got a clue need help!

    Log in to either your FTP program or your Cpanel and upload the file. By “base directory” they mean your root directory, generally called public_html.
