how to disable link parsing in visual editor?

    I can’t seem to find a solution to this. I have a full url inside shortcodes.

    ex: [audio:http://google.ca/file.mp3]

    but in the visual editor, http://google.ca/file.mp3 gets converted into a link after publishing/saving, breaking the shortcode.

    does anyone know how to disable the parsing of the link?

    What happens if you use the HTML editor rather than the Visual editor when composing posts with shortcodes included?

    using html editor is fine, it doesn’t automatically change them into hyperlinks. it only occurs in the visual editor.
