Thanks. And oops I deleted the default time format. What is the original thing there? Thanks
Default time format:

Actually, now -6 from GMT is CST. -5 would be still under Daylight Savings Time.
I just installed 1.5.2 on a new web site and for some reason, I can’t put in the time difference. I am east coast USA and when I put in -5 and click the update options button, the time difference field comes back blank. When I then make a posting, it is time-stamped as UTC.
I looked in the options table to update the record manually, but don’t see any time difference field. I’ve noticed that on another domain’s installation of WP that had been upgraded from 1.5.1.3 to 1.5.2, my options table has 79 records but in this new, virgin installation of 1.5.2, I only have 74 records. What’s up with that?
I see that you found the recent thread with some info on fixing this….
