[Plugin: WordPress.com Stats] Can WP.com Stats work on another server?

Hi! i’m running wp 2.8.6 on my own server and I installed WP.com Stats using my old APIKey (from my old http://www.wordpress.com/myblog).

The plugin works but it’s just registering the home page stats, not the other pages (and it’s included on the footer of everypage).

Any clue on what’s happening?
