my themes folder has been duplicated
Where has the folder been duplicated? Is it on the same directory level as your other themes?
well…if you are running WP version 2.3.2, your blog has probably been seriously compromised. It could well be a hack. One of many I would suspect.
You’ve gotta update….and good luck doing it….I suspect you’re going to find numerous problems unfortunately
Seems wordpress has been a tasty target for hackers lately, it’s highly important to keep up to date

I copied your list into my running list of support issues actually, so I could quit typing them out every time someone asks! (I’m a slow learner!)
I am not a pro, but my theme also do that… i think it is only relate with the use of custom field and thumbnails. WordPress create a Cache folder in the theme folder, and put in it a copy of the thumbnails… that’s all. I hope I am right… I am saying that because when i test my theme on a local computer with PHP enabled (not on internet), wordpress is creating the same folder on the fly, with the thumbnails in it (with long numbers for file names)… it does what it says… it’s a cache folder.
