what do you think of setting up a chat room on a website?

I am the webmaster of the estern and western culture communication website.I have installed the wordpress.It running well now.Yesterday, I have see a chat server software here: 123flashchat.com It seems good. I want to set up a chat room on my website to promote the culture communication of china, usa, japan, england and india, making people in these countries can chat with each other? how do you think of it? do you have any advice or better chat software to recommend?
