   I have my own server running apache with wordpress. On that same server I have a backup of all my digital photo's. I would like to import some of the photo's from that backup to the nextgen gallery. Unfortunatly, nextgen does not support such an import.

   Is it possible to create such an import?

   Another feature request would be to automaticly resize the photo's when importing.

   Both these features would really make my day.

   Did you ever figure this out? I'm also looking for a way to import photos from my own webserver into the nextgen gallery.
