I am currently trying to upgrade a friend’s wordpress account and having no luck.

I have tried to increase the php.config memory. Doesn’t work.

I don’t really want to do it manually incase I lose everything as I have never backed up manually before.

I have deactivated all plugins and that didn’t work either.

Not only do I need to upgrade to 3.0.5 BUT I need to add Thesis Openhook in order to add the new changes to the layout.

And because of this memory thing, I can’t.

Do I just contact the host and hope that they will increase the memory for me?

Sorry, the error was that there was not enough memory.

It’s okay I fixed it. I just created a php.ini file to increase the memory and it worked.
