So I want to have a landing page when people first arrive to my site.
Currently my web address is http://www.BangTheDrumsQuickly.com and when you go there you’ll end up at the home page of my blog. What I want to have is when you go to BangTheDrumsQuickly.com you’ll arrive at a landing page where it’ll have a video of what I’m about, a email sign up and all that good stuff, and to actually get to the home page of my blog you would have to type http://www.BangTheDrumsQuickly.com/blog
How would I begin accomplishing this task? Is it a real challenge? My friend said he hired someone to do it for him. I don’t really know to much about code or designing websites. Should I take the same path as him and hire someone, or could I get it done on my own?
