   Hi I have changed some table names and now my tag cloud and catogorys don't work

   where should I find wp_tagcloud
   and
   wp_catogorys

   Try looking through your theme's template files for wp_tag_cloud. Not sure what you mean by 'wp_categorys'. There's no such template tag.
