Editing pretty page URLs?

I’m using WordPress for the news on my site and I’d like the paged URL to be /news/page/2/ instead of /page/2/. I already have my categories and my permalinks with /news/ at the beginning, but I’d just like to change it for the pages.

And wouldn’t think that I could just modify the .htaccess file as WordPress will still generate the /page/2/ links. 🙁
