   I recently switched hosts, and in doing so, I did not backup my posts/comments. Now i can not access my dashboard on my old host because it directs me to the new host. Even though all my files, php, sql are still on the old host.

   Is there any way to access the dashboard so I can export my files?

   Please help!!

   My old host is Yahoo.

   You mean you do not have SQL nor XML back up? Well, you would need to contact your former webhost and ask/pay for the backup of your old database assuming they didn't delete it already.
