I forgot my login information in my blog and also my email…

I’m just want to ask if somebody know how can i log to my old blog to export all the post and comment there, so i can put in my new blog using wordpress too. I can’t remember my username and email the one i used there. Is there’s a way i can log again to my old blog or get new admin account there so i can get all the old post there. Any admin here at wordpress can help me…?
