[Help] About translate and about favicon.

    Hi, i have 2 problems.

    1- I have a favicon, but dont show it i write that code in header.php of the theme:
    <link rel=”shortcut icon” href=”<?php bloginfo(‘template_url’); ?>/favicon.ico” type=”image/x-icon” />

    Some know what is the problem? (and yes, favicon.ico are in that url xD)

    2- I have the options theme, and i translate all the php of the theme, but in my blog continue in english, dont change anything… some know what can i do?
