Looking for 2 addons

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for a tool, which can expire a post on the day which I specify, except I do not want the post deleted, I want it greyed out and unaccessible (if any links exist), but still viewable on the front page. Does this exist or does something similar exist?

Second,

Is there an add on “poll” I want logged on users to be able to vote on a pool which spits out numbers and percentages. Does this exist?
