   If you are having problems logging into the new 2.6 version, try deleting the cookies from your site and trying again.

   Your site may prompt you to "Please login again."

   I have had this same problem after upgrading to 2.6.3. I have deleted the cookies and my cache, and tried logging on in different browsers. I have disabled all my plugins and have added lines to my wp-config file as suggested here: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/189612?replies=1, yet I am still unable to login. If anyone has any suggestions, I would appreciate tit.
