gallery & library link didnt showing..

hi i just installed wordpress 2.5.1 .. and in new uploading system after uploading there is no gallery and library tab in IE7 and Firefox.. and in opera showing a lil top area where i click on the link without reading text… i try to scroll up down in all browsers but screen still showing uploading area.. no top links…
