How do I convert structure domain.com/parent/child to domain.com/child?

    I want to remove the parent from the domain.com/parent/child
    – so it’s only domain.com/child

    How do I do that?

    If it’s a link to a category page where there’s a list of all your posts for that category then you can’t – it’s one of those things, a ‘feature’ of WP 🙂

    You can theoretically change ‘parent’ to another word (change the category base in Permalink section) but I’ve never been able to get it to work.

    the only way to do that is to have only parent pages/categories – and no children.
