Internal links not working

    I have a blog located at http://www.stars4porn.com/blogs/anjali-indian-sex

    None of tghe sites internal links are working (ie: archives links in sidebar, about button on top nav bar) I get my 404 pop up coming up as the pages can’t be found.

    My host says its becauise I deleted files in mySQL database but I haven’t touched anything and the links for the blog still appear to be in my database. Can anybody help me fix this problem as my host absolutely refuses to do anything.
