   No tutorial. No explanation of how to use and how to implement features.

   Tutorial: A document that usually starts off with, "This tutorial will show you how to..." and then shows you how to.

   hmmm... I think maybe you didn't do much to look for documentation. Try going to the plugin homepage.

   beyond the installation it is REALLY simple. The website has everything you need to know.

   @mythusmage: I've just released a beta for bSuite 4 that doesn't have much of a tutorial (and the documentation is still skimpy), but it has easy to use options and is a whole lot easier to use and implement.
