  • After uploading the files (make sure you transfer your settings from your old b2config.php) and delete wp-links/links.all.php
Then load the file wp-admin/upgrade-070-to-071.php into your browser.
    That should be it.

When you say “transfer your settings from your old b2config.php” – does that mean retaining the entire file, or just part of it?
The .71 readme needs instructions for upgrading from .70, as well as the existing instructions for upgrading from b2.

You need to transfer the data from the old 0.7 b2config to the new 0.71 b2config.
I made the mistake of keeping the old one, but the update fails when you do that.
there are some “DEFINES” in the new one which don’t exist in the old one.

    Thanks!

I did the upgrade, first it was the $abspath error, which I change it myself. And upgrade went smoothly. Now when I go to my index,
Warning: mysql_fetch_object(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /mnt/host-users/alvin/index.php on line 158

I also noticed these changes, will there be any other “significant” changes to the way WP pulls info from the database, I only say significant since this change caused my template not to work. Other than that, keep up the great work!
