I would like my WP blog to have a short start of the full blog, then a "continues...." link. I see this on a lot of blogs, can someone point me in the direction of where I can learn how to make this happen?

I would like my WP blog to have a short start of the full blog, then a "continues...." link. I see this on a lot of blogs, can someone point me in the direction of where I can learn how to make this happen?
Put this where you want to break the text:
< ! - - more - - > WITHOUT spaces in between! and you are done. WP will put automatically a "more..." link. Hope this helps.
