Dynamic Widget Sidebar Configuration of Search and Link

I have the widget sidebar working and have a number of widgets. They can all be configured, except for Search and Links. And these are the two I want to change a bit.

Search – I want to add ‘Search’ above the search box. I have hacked this on my sidebar.php for now.

Links – the title appears as blogroll, I want it to say Links.

How can I change these things in the css for the dynamic sidebar widgets?
