embeding a video (non-youtube) on page

    Hi Emil,

    I would like to embed a video intead of an image on the home page, but when i insert my .mov movie it says it is too big.

    What format should it be?, what is the maximum size?, will it start playing automatically when the page is opened or refreshed?
