I created a web site. I wanted to create and insert a blog into the web site. Instead, the newly-created blog "under construction" page became my home page for the web site. HELP! I need an answer in VERY simple terms: I'm blonde. Thanks!

Are you trying to have a "blog" or news section to your existing website or do you want your blog to be the main part of the site, it was a little unclear what you are trying to accomplish. -
Check the site for a default index.htm or index.html page.
Delete it.
