annoying difference in layout for IE and firefox (5 posts)

Hello I would greatly appreciate if someone could solve this problem for me! I've had it for many months and haven't been able to figure it out.

    My website is here: http://little-hypotenuse.com

When you scroll down a little, you will see the links to my journal entries in green writing on the right side. In firefox they are perfectly aligned, but in Internet Explorer they are not aligned and look very stupid! Does anyone know how I can make it so they are aligned in both?

    Thanks so much!

You've got a couple of errors that appear to be the problem:

    http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=+http%3A%2F%2Flittle-hypotenuse.com&charset=%28detect+automatically%29&doctype=Inline

Cleaning those up should fix that issue. :)

Hi, I looked at the list, but as I don't know too much about html (I tend to just find what I need and what seems to work), I really don't know which of those I need to fix to clear up the problem. I tried a couple things but nothing worked. Can someone tell me specifically what I need to do to fix the problem? Thank you.

You need to fix all of them before we take a look at the code. That's how it works.

With every error message comes a rather detailed explanation. Read, search, correct.

Also, checking the Show Source box and clicking Revalidate > will make every error line # a link that takes you tot he location of the error in your soryce code.
