WRN Store Monitor Lite helps detect WooCommerce operational issues out of the box. It runs a health scan of your store — failed orders, stuck orders, payment failure patterns, checkout configuration, inventory, and environment — and surfaces what needs attention on one dashboard.
How it works
- Install and activate the plugin.
- Go to WooCommerce Store Monitor.
- Click Run Scan Now to get your first health report.
- Come back anytime, or enable automatic scans and email alerts in Settings.

No external API calls except two self-checks of your own site — an SSL certificate expiry check and an order-received page reachability check, both of which connect only to your own store’s domain. See the Installation section for details. No data is ever sent to WebReadyNow or any third party.

Installation
- Upload the plugin folder to
/wp-content/plugins/or install via Plugins > Add New. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins menu in WordPress.
- Go to WooCommerce Store Monitor.
- Click Run Scan Now to generate your first health report.

External services / network requests
This plugin makes two outbound network connections, both to your own store’s domain only — never to WebReadyNow or any third party:
- An SSL certificate check opens a TLS connection to your site’s own domain to read the certificate expiry date, so the Environment Diagnostics monitor can warn you before it expires.
- An order-received page check sends an HTTP request to your own store’s WooCommerce thank-you page URL to confirm it is reachable, used by the Checkout Configuration monitor. This check can be turned off in Settings.
No store data, customer data, or order data ever leaves your server.

Does this require a license key?

No. WRN Store Monitor Lite is free to install and use with no license key and no account required.

Does this send my store data anywhere?

No. Everything runs locally on your server. The only outbound network requests are the two self-checks described above, both directed at your own site’s domain.

What’s the difference between Free and Pro?

Free covers passive detection, alerting, and a health dashboard — everything a store needs for day-to-day visibility. Pro adds continuous checkout/cart monitoring, Slack alerts, an incident timeline, diagnostic exports, and AI-assisted diagnosis. See the comparison table above.

Is this compatible with WooCommerce HPOS?

Yes. The plugin explicitly declares compatibility with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (custom order tables), and includes a dedicated HPOS status monitor.

Can I run this alongside WRN Store Monitor Pro?

Yes, but it isn’t necessary — Pro includes everything in Lite plus more. If both are active, Pro shows a persistent admin notice with a one-click, user-initiated “Deactivate Lite version” action. Lite is never automatically deactivated.

Will this slow down my store?

Scans only run when you click “Run Scan Now” or on the automatic schedule you configure — never on frontend page loads for shoppers. Scan results are cached for 5 minutes.
