WooCommerce shows sales totals, but many small stores still track product costs and gross margin in spreadsheets. Ushba Cost & Margin Reports adds a unit cost field to WooCommerce products, calculates order-level cost and margin snapshots, and provides a date-filtered admin report with CSV export.

Privacy
Ushba Cost & Margin Reports stores product cost values and calculated order margin summaries in the local WordPress database. The plugin does not send data to the plugin author or any external service.

Installation
- Upload the
ushba-cost-margin-reports-for-woocommercefolder to/wp-content/plugins/. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen.
- Make sure WooCommerce is active.
- Add unit costs to WooCommerce products from the product edit screen.
- Open Tools > Ushba Cost & Margin Reports.
- Recalculate orders for the selected date range.

Does this require WooCommerce?

Yes. The margin dashboard and product cost fields require WooCommerce.

Does this replace accounting software?

No. Ushba Cost & Margin Reports provides operational gross-margin reporting inside WordPress. It is not tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Does it send store data anywhere?

No. The plugin stores data locally and does not make external API calls.

What costs are included?

The free version calculates product cost using the unit cost saved on each product multiplied by order item quantity. It subtracts refunds, taxes, shipping, and order fees from revenue for a practical gross-margin snapshot.

What happens on uninstall?

Data is retained by default. If you enable “Delete product cost and order margin data when this plugin is uninstalled,” uninstalling removes the plugin’s product and order metadata.
