Slidesorator AI Support Chat connects your WordPress site to the hosted SiteAiAgent service. The plugin installs the chat widget on your public site after you connect an agent ID from your workspace.
Use it to:
- Add an AI customer support chat widget without editing theme code.
- Answer visitor questions using your configured SiteAiAgent knowledge base.
- Collect leads through hosted support workflows.
- Manage chatbot behavior, welcome text, FAQ, forms, model settings, and widget styling in the hosted workspace.
This plugin is intentionally lightweight. WordPress handles installation and widget injection; the hosted service handles the chatbot runtime.

This plugin connects your WordPress site to the SiteAiAgent SaaS platform.
When enabled, it loads the chat widget script from https://www.siteaiagent.com/widget.js or another widget URL you configure. The widget may send visitor chat messages, page URL, agent identifier, session data, and support workflow data to the SiteAiAgent service so it can provide chatbot responses, lead capture, FAQ, and customer support workflows.

Installation
- Upload the
slidesorator-ai-support-chatfolder to/wp-content/plugins/, or install it from the WordPress plugin directory. - Activate the plugin in WordPress.
- Open Settings > Slidesorator AI Support Chat.
- Create a free workspace or open your existing workspace.
- Copy your agent ID from SiteAiAgent and paste it into the plugin settings.
- Enable the widget and save.
