Reycob Product Import Export

Description

Reycob Product Import Export creates multipart WooCommerce backups designed for large stores.

The plugin exports and imports:

  • Users, profile data, password hashes and roles.
  • Products, variations, prices, stock and custom metadata.
  • Categories, tags and global attributes.
  • Featured images, galleries and local downloadable files.
  • Product reviews.
  • Orders, addresses, line items, taxes, coupons, shipping, notes and refunds.

Catalog, user and order backups are divided into ZIP files containing up to 100 primary records. Imports run in small background requests with progress reporting and automatic retry support.

Existing products are matched by source identity or SKU. Existing users are matched by source identity, login or email. Imported orders are linked to the corresponding imported users and products.

Privacy

Backup ZIP files can contain personal customer information and password hashes. Store and transfer them securely, delete them when no longer required, and only provide them to trusted administrators.

The plugin does not send data to Reycob or any external service. Active login sessions and WordPress application passwords are intentionally excluded from user exports.

Installation

  1. Upload the plugin ZIP from Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
  2. Activate the plugin together with WooCommerce.
  3. Open Reycob Productos in the WordPress administration menu.
  4. Export and import user parts first, product parts second, and order parts last.
  5. Keep the import tab open until each part reaches 100%.

FAQ

What happens when a user already exists?

The account is updated when its source identity, login or email matches. New accounts are appended. Roles and imported profile metadata are restored. For safety, the currently logged-in administrator keeps the active password and administrator capabilities during the import.

Are passwords preserved?

Yes. WordPress password hashes are transferred so users can continue using their existing passwords. Plain-text passwords are never exported.

Why are active sessions excluded?

Migrating active sessions or application passwords would transfer temporary access credentials and create an unnecessary security risk.

In which order should multipart files be imported?

Import every user part first, every product part second, and every order part last.
